Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have very little to no control over the package. Please be advised: The shipping timeline listed below are only estimations and do not include weekends, holidays or any other delays caused by the carrier company. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products are 100% authentic. If a refund is to be provided for reasons other then damage to the product, Perfumeonline.ca will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount. We don't accept returns of Niche fragrances until and unless they are unopened and still sealed and never sprayed. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part. There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in its original packaging. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. Orders may be returned up to 3 days from the date you received the package for a full refund minus shipping cost (both ways). We are a highly rated company and offer hassle-free returns. If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock. In the situation where the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will be advising you about this and will provide you with a full refund.
